Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. Flowisma uses cookies solely to make the service work and remember your preferences; it does NOT use third-party tracking cookies for advertising or marketing.

• flowisma_user — session identity (signed). Strictly necessary for signing in.
• sb-* (Supabase) — authentication session. Strictly necessary.
• flowisma_device — trusted-device recognition (two-step verification). Necessary/security.
• flowisma_pwreset — password reset flow. Necessary, short-lived.
• flowisma_locale — language preference (TR/EN). Functional.
• In browser local storage: theme preference (flowisma_theme) and interface settings. Functional; never sent to the server.

Vercel Speed Insights is used to measure page speed. It does NOT use cookies and does not identify you; it only produces aggregate performance metrics.

Restaurants using the platform may connect their own Google Analytics account to their QR menu pages. In that case Google analytics cookies may operate on the relevant QR menu page; responsibility and disclosure obligations for those tools belong to the relevant business. Flowisma does not process that data for its own purposes.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If strictly necessary cookies are blocked, sign-in and sessions will not work and the platform becomes unusable. Blocking functional cookies means language and theme preferences are not remembered.
