Terms of Use

Flowisma Resto is a cloud-based business management platform for food & beverage businesses (QR menu, order management, kitchen display, register, inventory, finance and CRM). By creating an account, you agree to use the platform only for the legitimate commercial activities of your business. These terms apply between [ŞİRKET UNVANI — kuruluş sonrası doldurulacak] ("Flowisma") and the account holder.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password, staff PIN codes) and for actions carried out through your account. The accuracy of the menu, order, customer and finance data you enter is your responsibility.

Paid package contents and current prices are published in the Pricing section; the VAT-inclusive total is shown at the payment step. The subscription fee is collected once for the selected period; there is NO AUTOMATIC RENEWAL. Payment is subject to the Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form approved at purchase; cancellation and refund principles are on the Cancellation & Refund Terms page.

If the paid period ends without renewal, paid modules are deactivated; the account and data are not deleted. You may permanently delete your account at any time from the panel; upon deletion your data is permanently removed except where statutory retention applies.

The business data you enter on the platform (menu, orders, customers, financial records) belongs to you. For personal data of your guests and staff, YOU are the data controller under the KVKK; Flowisma processes that data as a data processor, solely to provide the service and under your instructions, applies the necessary technical and organisational safeguards, and publishes its sub-processors in the Data Protection Notice. A ready-made guest notice page is provided on your QR menu to help you fulfil your own disclosure obligations. Processing relating to our own data is described in the Data Protection Notice.

The platform's software, design, brand and content belong to Flowisma; a subscription grants only a right of use, not a transfer or licence. Your business logo, menu content and uploaded images remain yours; no rights are claimed beyond the limited permission needed to display them on the platform.

Reasonable efforts are made to provide the service without interruption; planned maintenance is announced in advance. Flowisma is not liable for outages caused by internet access, devices or third-party services (payment institution, SMS/messaging provider). In all cases, Flowisma's liability is limited to the fee paid for the subscription period concerned; indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of data entry and similar) are excluded. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Demo accounts are automatically closed to access at the end of the defined period. Unless otherwise requested, data entered during the demo period is deleted after a certain time.

Flowisma reserves the right to make changes to the platform to improve the service, with reasonable prior notice. Material changes to these terms are announced on the platform before they take effect. Current pricing and package contents are always available in the Pricing section.

The courts and enforcement offices of [YETKİLİ İL — kuruluş sonrası doldurulacak] have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms; statutory rights of users who qualify as consumers remain reserved.
