Franchises & Chains
Branches that resemble each other
Menu, recipes and QR design reach every branch in one action. Revenue is broken down per branch in one panel, and a branch manager never sees the whole brand.
The real danger in a chain is not a weak branch but branches that no longer resemble each other. A menu is updated in one place and left behind in another, prices diverge, and the guest gets two different experiences from one brand. Flowisma Resto aligns the brand from one centre: menu, recipes, QR design and permission structure are distributed centrally, while revenue is visible per branch in a single panel.
Challenges
What slows you down on the floor?
Standard drift between branches
When each branch interprets the menu and recipes its own way, the same product varies from branch to branch and the brand experience breaks down.
Consolidated revenue is invisible
When branch reports are collected in separate spreadsheets, no one sees the brand's real-time total performance.
New branch openings are slow
Setting up the menu, prices and operations from scratch at every branch takes weeks.
The Flowisma Solution
Modules for Franchises & Chains
The tools you need on one platform, working together seamlessly.
Brand Panel
Every branch's revenue, order volume and status on one screen — with a per-branch breakdown.
Central Menu & Recipes
Menu and recipes are distributed from the center; the standard stays the same at every branch.
Branch Comparison
Sales, cost and staff performance are compared across branches; growth decisions rest on data.
Role Hierarchy
Brand owner > branch manager > staff — everyone is authorized at their own level.
Inventory Discipline
Recipe-based stock deduction works the same at every branch; waste and cost are visible branch by branch.
Fast Branch Opening
A new branch is cloned from an existing template — ready within the day, menu and settings included.
Brand Consistency
Build the menu once, send it to every branch
As branch count grows, standards cannot be held by hand. Central distribution removes the need to set each branch up separately.
- Apply the QR menu design to selected branches in one action — colour, layout and venue type align
- Branches with their own design are flagged in the list, with a warning before anything is overwritten
- A separate checkbox decides whether the logo travels too
- Recipes are pushed to branches so portion standards match everywhere
- A new branch is cloned from an existing template — menu, floor plan and settings ready the same day
Per-Branch Breakdown
Which branch actually earns?
Total revenue says nothing about a chain's health. Without branch-level cost, staffing and sales comparison, growth decisions rest on guesswork.
- Revenue, order volume and status of every branch on one screen
- Sales, cost and staff efficiency compared across branches
- Recipe-based stock deduction behaves the same everywhere; waste is visible per branch
- Product-level margin explains the gap — is it low revenue or high waste?
Permission Structure
A branch manager should not see the whole brand
In a chain, permissions are a matter of order rather than trust. Everyone is authorised at their own level, and the rule is enforced on the server.
- Brand owner, branch manager and staff sit at separate levels
- Staff cannot reach a page they lack permission for, even by typing its address
- Only managers can change permission settings; staff cannot raise their own
- Comps, cancellations and refunds are permission-bound and every action is written to the ledger
Flow
How does central management work?
The center updates the menu
A new product or price change is defined in one place.
It's distributed to branches
The change reflects instantly to the selected branches; QR menus update themselves.
Branches run operations
Each branch manages its own orders, register and stock — without breaking the standard.
The brand watches the picture
Consolidated revenue and branch comparison stream live in the brand panel.
FAQ
Franchises & Chains businesses ask
My branches have different prices — does a central menu allow that?
Yes. What travels centrally is menu structure, recipes and design; pricing stays with the branch. One district's price is never stamped onto another. You can manage prices yourself or leave them to the branch.
Can I run a campaign for a single branch?
Yes. Campaigns are defined per branch, so despite a centrally distributed menu each branch can run its own. Results are reported with a per-branch breakdown.
Do I have to set everything up from scratch when opening a branch?
No. A new branch is cloned from an existing one: menu, categories, product variants, recipes, floor plan and module settings all come across. Payment keys are deliberately not copied for security; the branch enters its own.
Can a branch manager see other branches' revenue?
No. A branch manager sees only their own branch; the whole brand is visible only from the brand-owner account. This is enforced on the server side, not merely by hiding menu links.
Can I stop franchisees from changing the system on their own?
Yes, through permission levels. You define which role may view and edit which module at brand level, and staff at the branch cannot step outside that boundary.
